The Creo Design Shop online store sells products to adult individuals as well as companies and organizations in whole Europe. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

ORDERING

Products are ordered in the Creo Design Shop online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the online payment service.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that may arise in it.

The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.


PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS


The payment service is Klarna Checkout, through which card payment is available as a payment option for all countries. In addition to card payment, there are the payment options online banking, invoice and installment payment to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and Great Britain.

By providing information at the checkout, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept the general terms and conditions of Creo Design Shop.


ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your order, we will immediately email you an order confirmation showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation carefully and if you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately.


DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS


Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for the order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents and total weight of the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods available at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, with the exact delivery cost.

The customer is responsible for any customs and other authority fees, if they are required in her/his territory.

We reserve the right to change the delivery costs if the delivery incurs unexpected additional costs. In this situation, we always contact the customer before the order is delivered.


DELIVERY TIMES


Once the product is in stock, the order will be shipped within a few business days.
Our online store shows the number of products in stock and we try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible. However, if the product has run out, we will notify you immediately. Some of the products are custom-made products with varying delivery times. We will announce the order upon receipt of a more specific delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.

RETURN POLICY

Our customers have the right to return products within 14 days of products received.

The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. In addition to the product packaging, the returned product must be packed in a transport package or similar. We will make a refund decision upon receipt of the product.

The right to return does not apply to the following products:
- Defects in the condition of the product or its packaging are detected when the return is received
- An address card has been affixed or marked on the product packaging
- Order products outside the e-commerce range, which have been ordered separately from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes
- Fabrics cut to size
- The product is assembled or installed. Some chairs, tables and stools require assembly, for example. pendant or wall lamps and wall-mounted shelves
- Animal hair, hair and stains in the returned product
- Downloadable products such as Gift Certificates

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you want to return the products, fill in the included return notification and attach it according to the products to be returned. Carefully pack the products for mailing. For larger products (Furniture, carpets, racks and lamps), please contact customerservice@creodesignshop.com to arrange a return.

The customer is responsible for the delivery and postage costs arising from the return.

Please arrange the return in advance with customer service.

Once the refund has been approved and processed, we will refund the amount corresponding to the order to the account or debit card from which the payment was made. The refund applies to products, not postage.

If you are returning a product that has been ordered with an invoice, please take care of the payment according to the due date normally. Upon receipt of the refund, we will refund you if the refund can be accepted according to our terms. Any reminder invoices will be handled by the customer if the invoice has not been paid according to the due date.

NOT PICKED UP SHIPMENT

Not picked up shipment is not the same thing as refund or cancellation. We will charge the actual delivery and return costs for the package that has not been picked up.


PROBLEM SITUATION

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to the order, the customer must report the defect immediately, no later than within three days of the problem occurring, to customerservice@creodesignshop.com. If the parcel is damaged during transport, the carrier / post office must be notified immediately upon receipt of the parcel.
